You have 15 days to request a return and refund if the style you have ordered is not on sale. You can also request a credit note or an exchange.

For styles on sale, returns will not be refunded but a credit note will be offered on the website. 

Returns where the sole has been damaged during your fittings will not be refunded, we will propose you only an exchange or a store credit on the website.

Returns with slight traces of trying on/wear (slightly damaged sole, mark on the leather, ...) will not be eligible for a full refund and 20% will be retained to compensate for its resale at a lower price due to poor condition. 

Returns that have not been repackaged in their original box or that have not been protected by secondary packaging will not be eligible for a full refund and 10% will be retained to restore the packaging.
