My package is indicated "delivered" but I did not received anythingUpdated a month ago

In the case you order have been send in Colissimo, it is delivered by La Poste in two to three working days. It is delivered against deposit of signature at the delivery address indicated in your order summary (online in the information on your orders after logging into your account or in your order registration email that is sent to you just after your order validation).

In case of absence, the Post Office will leave you a notice of passage indicating the conditions of withdrawal of your package. The time to withdraw your package is generally 15 days.

You may encounter different situations:

  • If your package is announced "returned to sender", our customer service will contact you within 3 working days after receipt of the package to return it to you in better conditions or to understand the reason for the cancellation.
  • If your parcel is "pending at the Post Office", bring your Colissimo number and your identity card to collect the parcel at the indicated agency.
  • If you have not received your Colissimo after 5 days and no notice of passage has been left: check the status of your package on the website and contact us on [email protected].
