Your order should have been delivered some time ago, but you have not received anything. There are two possible reasons for this :

  • We are facing unforeseen production and/or shipping issues. Nomasei is still a young company that operates mostly manually, so it is possible that your order will be affected despite our efforts.   • In case you have not received any email, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate the problem and get back to you quickly. Remember to check your spam in case our email does not appear in your inbox.
