We transmit your order to our preparation teams as soon as it is validated every day at the end of the day and give your package to the carrier you have chosen. Any order placed before 3pm, excluding sales and special operations, is therefore prepared and shipped on D+1 or D+2, except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

• In France (via Colissimo) : 72 hours from dispatch from Monday to Saturday.
• In Europe (via Colissimo) : 5 to 8 working days after your order is shipped.
• Outside the EU (via UPS) : 14 to 21 working days after your order is shipped. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the delivery time of the local post office. We decline any responsibility as for the lengthening of the delivery periods because of the conveyor.
