Once your return has been processed, you will receive a credit note by email which will enable you to reorder the pair you require directly from our website. For international orders: we offer free exchanges. You'll get your returns label via this link: https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsB8t. To obtain your exchange pair, please contact us at [email protected]. Nomasei will then take care of the exchanged pair.
